• Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Gateway: Payments are securely processed through authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your card details on our servers.

• Taxes: Fees may be subject to applicable taxes (GST) as per Indian government regulations.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy 

Since we provide services and digital products, there is no physical shipping involved.

• Service Delivery: For therapy sessions and workshops, the service is considered “delivered” once the scheduled session/workshop has been conducted via the agreed medium (Online/In-person).

• Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email/SMS with your booking details.

• Timeline: Links for online sessions are typically shared 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and ours. Our policy is as follows:

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or credit.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session are non-refundable and will be charged at the full session rate.

• No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be marked as “Completed” and is non-refundable.

• Refund Processing: approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original source of payment.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using this site to transmit any harmful, harassing, or defamatory material. In a therapeutic context, mutual respect is mandatory; we reserve the right to terminate services if a client behaves abusively.
