Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are committed to providing professional and timely mental health support. We understand that life happens and plans change. However, in order to maintain a consistent therapeutic space for all clients, we adhere to the following policy.

1. Cancellation by the Client

  • Standard Notice Period: You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled session up to 24 hours before the appointment time without any penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time will be charged at 100% of the session fee. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.

  • Rescheduling: If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will happily reschedule your session to a mutually convenient time.

2. No-Shows

  • If you do not join the scheduled session within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show.”

  • No-Shows are charged at the full session rate and are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice (if you choose not to reschedule) or in the unlikely event that the therapist cancels the session.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Method: The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account).
