2. Delivery of Digital Products (Workshops/Resources)

• Workshops: For live webinars or workshops, access details (Login URL) will be sent to your registered email address 24 to 48 hours before the event starts.

• Digital Downloads: If you purchase any digital resources (e.g., e-books, worksheets), the download link will be delivered to your email inbox immediately upon successful payment.

4. Delays & Technical Issues
